DOJ Interview

I have an interview with DOJ this week. Does anyone know whether, if you they are going to offer you the job they do it right away? If so, do they give you a deadline to accept or do you have to be prepared to decide right then?

Most do not offer right away.  It depends on the division/agency.  You'll probably interview with at least two separate people (oftentimes it is two separate groups of two people each).  They interview lots of people, compile notes, rank each candidate, and select the highest score.  Keep in mind this is government, and government wouldn't be government without a little (a lot) bureaucracy.
