I'm listening to Sum and Substance right now, since I have an hour drive to school and back everyday. It's OK, but it's truly a review; when you listen to it, you can tell the concepts are a lot deeper. But it's been helpful for a review, and with torts, I'm constantly trying to figure out how negligence works 
if you transfer to a school in dc next year, ill teach ya torts, and you can sleep on my futon and walk to campus
