Crim Law and MPC
« on: November 18, 2007, 12:25:45 PM »
My prof is big on MPC. We did a take-home exam question that we received individual feedback regarding. At our review, it appeared the entire class was befuddled regarding MPC causation vs. C/L causation.

Any tips for distinguishing the two?

Dressler's black letter outline separates common law and MPC.  It would be a good one to look at :)

That's a helluva chart.  Thanks!

Any other recommendations on criminal law study/attack sheets for use on the exam?
