Past Justice Curtis for his enlightening dissent in the Dred Scott case.

Scalia, because he writes with a simplicity that even I can understand, I guess I agree with him a little too.

Back in the Day: Holmes because he could write more in a sentence than the other Justices could write in a novel.

Now: Scalia because he puts the smack down!

Alito?  What has he even written?

When is the last time you read one of his opinions?
My point exactly.

No, but seriously, he came to my school last year for a competition and was amazingly articulate, plus i like where he usually sides on the important cases.
I hope all our Supreme Court justices are amazingly articulate.  We have 300 million people in this country.  We only need 9 supreme court justices.  I think we can get some pretty amazing ones.  They should be a whole lot more than just articulate.  I met Justice Thomas and Breyer last year and heard them both speak.  They were very impressive public speakers and pretty personable, but I kind of expect that for people who have achieved so much.

I dont know, I heard Ginsburg speak once, and it was less then impressive.  Plus, when some of them do speak, I cant stand what they say.
