GT and UM LLM

Anyone know of job prospects after these schools?  I am looking at UM tax + estate and GT Securities and Financial Regulation LLMs.

Also, anyone know criteria for admission?  And please dont say that if im #1 in NYU ill get in.  Be realistic.. do you know of any tier 2/3 students with avg. GPAs in those schools?
