Easiest Character and Fitness
« on: October 01, 2007, 05:27:03 PM »
Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had some thoughts about the easiest Character and Fitness app in terms of least amount of paper work to fill out.  Every one seems to require ten year work history etc.  Are there any states that don't require so much info for the character and fitness part?

Are you going to base your decision on where to take the bar and where to practice for the first few years of your career on who has the easiest C&F application process?

Well, I'll probably practice federal law so it really doesn't matter which bar I take.

Wouldnt a harder bar exam be more of a hindrance than excessive C&F paperword?
