I've been told in advance each time. Most of mine include a meal, but a couple afternoon ones don't just because of the timing (1pm - 4:30 or so).

I had two morning interviews - 10:00 a.m. Met with 5 people at each. No lunch. It was more of an escort from atty to atty and I was done by 11:30 a.m. with only my escort.

How would this work if you don't drink (religious restrictions or otherwise)?

If you don't drink, tell them you don't. It's a lunch, relax. Just don't do anything stupid and you will be fine.

You should offer to drink fermented horse urine in stead of alcohol, that's very holy.

I'm sure if you told them that you don't drink for religious reasons they would be ok with it. if they *&^% on you over it then you probably don't wanna work in a firm like that

I wouldn't even mention a reason for not drinking, I'd just order something non-alcoholic. I doubt anyone would say anything.
