Phone offer followed by a letter confirmation a few days later with date verification and compensation information.  Hang in there.

Ahh!!  This process is so long and stressful... I am very jealous of everyone that has offers from the firm they want!!  I still have most of my callbacks to do - and I really just want a good offer NOW.

I got notified of an offer last Friday over the phone but the firm hasn't snail mailed me anything yet?  How long has it taken firms to send the follow up snail mail?

some firm just send you snail mail.  I have received a few, some firm, especially british firms, extend offer by email
