I recently started attending a very good non-Aba school because I can't take out any more student loans. The school produces very good graduates who have gone off to successfully practice law. I want an LL.M in IP law and there is a school that will accept me. My question is this. Upon recieving an LL.M in IP law from a ABA school. Will I be able to sit for the bar. Will that fulfill my requirement to sit for the bar in ALL states instead of a few. My JD is from an Non-ABA school but my LL.M is from a ABA school.
Need help here . . .
