Contracts Checklist/Outline

Hello,

Does anyone have a good Contracts Checklist? For example the steps you have to go throught to make an offer/acceptence, steps you have to look into to see even if an offer has been made.

I heard the checklist method for Contracts is the best way to learn, so I"m trying to find a good checklist/outline.

If anyone has one or could recommend a good one, could you please share??
