Roger Williams Scam law school

I have been trying to withdraw after the owner Ralph Papitto made fun of niggers and poor kids.  The school will not return fall semester's tuition saying my reason for withdrawal was not good enough.  How do I sue?

they never used the word "promise" but why would a court allow them to keep fall semester's tuition when I am not wanting to attend?
