SuperJ, any reason you ranked Ole Miss ahead of FSU?  Right now I am considering both.

Only that it would be cheaper for me being an out of state student

Thats what I was told on Friday, but I would feel better about it if I could get something in writing if you know what i mean.  I really liked FSU, $ is the only thing I have yet to decide about. I will most likely make a decision after ole miss next week.

Same here, FSU is my second choice and I will likely be going there if the waitlist for UM doesn't work out in my favor. I ended up having to do something for work last friday so I was unable to attend the admitted students day. If anyone did attend, what were your thoughts?

I went and overall I liked it. They were more laid back the other 2-3 schools I've visted(Suffolk,NEU, and very recently, UF). I was very impressed with the career placement office and the variety of prospective students. The fin. aid presentation was lacking and I was less than impressed with some of the misinformation they presented(types of loans available,etc).

I have never visited FSU or Talahassee.  How nice is the city, the entire FSU campus, the law school facilities, etc..


Vixierat, can you be more specific about the fin aid misinformation  and/or what was lacking.

It is looking like I might be attending FSU and I will not be able to visit the school before deposits are due, so any information is appreciated.
