What application materials do you use quality paper for?

I know to use the quality paper for a resume.  I'm not going to use it for the references and obviously not for the writing sample.  I'm not sure about the cover letter though.

What materials did you use the quality paper for?

Use if for your cover letter and your resume - your cover letter is the first thing they see.
