Summer class

Hey guys, 
       here's my question:  I took a summer class, (final was on 7-13), and was wondering when you think I'll actually get my grade. Any thoughts?

It's anyone's guess. How lazy was your professor? How big was the class? Does your school have deadlines for the prof? etc.

I took my summer final on July 10th was told I'll get the grade mid August.  Still debating whether to wait until it comes out before sending my resumes out.  Is that why you're wondering?

ayep. If I get an A (which I really hope I do since I felt like Crim pro was easy) then it'll boost my GPA a bit. OCI deadline is today and the resume swap deadline is in 10 days.

I luckily got a grade for one of my summer classes back already and I'm debating on waiting for the other one. First grade was an A+ and it raised my gpa by .14. That helped tremendously.

No. I personally was thrilled when I found out; however, my GPA is still not all that great by most standards.

yeah, my GPA has room for improvement, but that's why I'm hoping to get this grade in. Ah well, I guess there's nothing to do but wait.

i'm in the same boat.  good grades in my summer classes would allow me to bid on jobs that i can't bid on now.  it's killing me that my school takes FOR EVER to post grades.

If I get an A, my next class grade could put me over a 3.2. Other than that I'm still hovering just below. The chances of the A are slim, so I might just send out the resumes without including it. I'm not sure how much it matters anyway.

Any ideas on the best time to send out direct mailings to firms?

My final was more than a week before yours, and I still don't have the grade back.  If your school has a deadline, I would guess you'll get your great within a few days either way of your deadline.
