I checked out the website and didn't see what I was looking for. I need a case brief for a court case that was decided. I want to compare my case brief and am therefore looking for a case brief.

You're really putting way too much unnecessary stress on yourself before the first day of class by doing this.  You should savor these last few weeks of freedom before you enter the world filled with satan's spawn.

The case name is DeWeerth v. Baldinger; it's from both a district court and an appeals court

Are you going to NYLS?  I'm doing the exact same thing...I've done briefs for the case, but having never done one before I want to take a look at what another brief has focused in on.

Yea I am. I did the case brief, but I also wanted to see what someone else's looked like.
