Toledo vs. Indiana- Indianapolis

I'm torn as to what school to go to. At Toledo, I would get in state tuition and I like their prosecutor's program. However, I am unsure of the job prospects within Ohio. I like Indy because it is a great city and yet they do not have any programs or specialities that interest me. Does anyone have any advice?

No school, other than the very top schools are worth full price, in my opinion.

Could you get in-state at IU-Indy after one year? How hard is it to get Indiana residency? If you really want to go there, that's something worth checking out.
