Firms with great Pro Bono, less than 2000 hours and high prestige in litigation

Know of any firms in San Fran, Boston, or NYC that fit the above?

I know Hogan and Hartson in DC has an option of doing 1800 hours for 90% salary and also lets associates do tons of pro bono - including 4 month pro bono rotations.  Any firms like that in the cities I mentioned?
