Rutgers students, question for you

 RU's student aid website encourages students to obtain private loans from NJClass first before going to other lenders. does anyone know why, and current RU students, would you recommend NJClass?

Have you been reading the news lately?  The payola between student lenders and financial aid offices is under all sorts of investigations right now.  You'd best shop around for the best deal you can find.  half a percentage point per year on a $100K bill is a lot of money over the long haul.
