Ensures that in case I get a headache or something, I won't feel it.  Instead of waiting for one to start during the exam, being distracted and tired too soon, then waiting for the Tylenol to work, I figure it's worth it to take it pre-emptively.  Go figure, I've never had a headache during an exam (that I've noticed, anyway)!
