I'm going to have to go with Civil Procedure, it is just too boring to make me even slightly interested and memorizing rules this semester has been a grueling task.

Far and away, it has to be Property

I voted Legal Writing/Research.  The work for that class took WAY too much time.

You got the shaft.  My casebook had pictures, funny ancedotes in the footnotes, follow-ups from people who went to see the properties involved and who interviewed the participants.  Some of the historical stuff was bad, but no worse than Torts with the stupid Thorns case and action on the case business.

Our casebook had all that too, I was just trying to be humorous.

I had two semesters of Property this year. So it's the worst for me. Otherwise I actually enjoyed the other doctrinal classes.

Legal writing (my 2 hr class) took twice as much time weekly as my 4 hour classes (my specific legal writing professor was a hardass)- plus all of our writing assignments were based on con law decisions (my other most hated class-until we got to civil liberties, which I thought was interesting). I'm still worried I'm gonna fail.

Even though legal writing is pass/fail at my school and it is almost literally impossible to fail (even if you don't do major projects), I'd still say legal writing because of the time involved (and the extra library sessions I had to go to in pursuit of legal research I would have a paralegal do anyways). In any event, it was close between that and Civ Pro.
