Any point in transferring from Hastings to WashU
« on: March 04, 2007, 08:50:47 PM »
Would there be any benefit in transferring from Hastings to WashU?  I definitely dont want to live or practice in the midwest, and am about 75% sure I want to practice in CA.

Absolutely no point in transferring to the midwest if you want to practice in CA.

plus....WUSTL (although most certainly an up and coming school) does not have nearly as many alumni on the west coast as it does in the east or midwest.

It is not worth it unless you want to practice in the Midwest. Hastings will provide you much better opportunities on the West Coast. Also, St. Louis is no San Fran!  :)
