Online Case Summaries
« on: January 22, 2007, 08:21:58 PM »
Because I apparently have way too much time on my hands, I spent part of Xmas break transcribing all the case summaries I wrote for class last semester into a web site.

so far, it's only got Civil Procedure, Contracts, and Constitutional Law 1, but more classes will be added as I take them.

Here's the URL:

http://www.invispress.com/law

It's free.  No popups.

I'm wondering why you took so much time during your precious vacation time?

Is it purely altruistic? If so, would you like to help a lot of other law students by contributing to www.WikiLawSchool.com? If you don't want to take the time, would you give me permission to use your case summaries on the site? If so, I would appreciate it.

The site has been updated with new cases.  It now contains cases for:

Contracts, Property, Torts, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law I, Decedent's Estates, and Professional Responsibility.

Hope you find it useful.

I'm bumping this for all the new 1Ls...

My Law School Case Briefs (http://www.invispress.com/law/) site has been updated.  It now contains cases for:

Administrative Law
Civil Procedure
Constitutional Law I
Contracts
Criminal Justice (aka Criminal Procedure)
Criminal Law
Decedent's Estates (aka Wills & Trusts)
Evidence
Environmental Law
Family Law
Lawmaking (aka Statutory Interpretation)
Professional Responsibility
Property
Torts

Still 100% free, so if you don't find it useful, you've nothing to complain about.

Great site!  I'm curious...how are your grades?

And more importantly, why the hell are you just taking law classes for fun?

Just to bump this for some of the new 1Ls.

I've added Constitutional Law II and International Law. I also went back and completely rewrote most of the cases from Constitutional Law I since I wasn't happy with the way they were originally done. so now it's got:

Administrative Law
Civil Procedure
Constitutional Law I
Constitutional Law II
Contracts
Criminal Justice (aka Criminal Procedure)
Criminal Law
Decedent's Estates (aka Wills & Trusts)
Evidence
Environmental Law
Family Law
International Law
Lawmaking (aka Statutory Interpretation)
Professional Responsibility
Property
Torts
