Can anyone recommend the best study guide/supplements for...

Constitutional Law (using Sullivan text if that matters)

Property (using Dukeminiers text)

E & E? Gilberts? Emanuels? etc?

For Dukeminier's Property (very good casebook, so pay attention to the entire text), I think the E&E is terrific based on my own experience last term.  It's particularly good with the Rule Against Perpetuities, you'll labour less to understand the nuances.

E&E for property was alright for future interests; not great though.  Find a work book that has tons of future interests problems; the relatively few in teh E&E aren't nearly enough to really get a grip on them, IMO.  And I agree that the Dukeminiers text is pretty good.

Chemerinsky is the best for Conlaw no matter what text you have.

i have legalines for dukeminier's property book.  it's pretty decent as far as case briefs, but the summary in the middle lacks a little.  i find that i need to read the book regardless.

gilbert for property, hands down (written by dukeminier)

for con law, chemerinsky is the generic advice, but i didn't use it; i used e&e, which i liked, but my con law grade was average so there you have it.

For the Gilberts Property Outline, is the 16th edition (actually written by Dukeminier) supposedly any better than the newly released 17th edition (written by Krier)?  I should mention that Dukeminier passed away recently and Krier is now one of the co-authors of the latest edition of Property?

The other thing is why Gilberts is supposedly so much better than Emanuels?  I've found that the Emanuels are hands down the best commercial outline out there. That is, unless the author of your casebook also wrote the outline (e.g. Dressler Crim Law Book).  I couldn't imagine buying a Black Letter Outline or Gilberts over Emanuels.

For future interest, I found Estates in Land and Future Interests: Problems and Answers, by John Makdisi extremely helpful.  Made sense of most of what Dukeminier's book said on FI.

Definitely the E&E for property was great. And will agree that you would need to get a separate workbook for Future Interests. The E and E doesn't get detailed enough on that stuff to master it.

Con Law...get your hands on the BarBri CD's, done by Chemerinsky. Those were my bible and he breaks it down into managable topics.
