Anybody have a link where I can view a sample answer?  I have to do one for Civ Pro and my book gives a very crappy example.  Thanks.

Sample answer to a yes/no question:

Yes.

Sample answer to a true/ false question:

False.

Sample answer to "What steps were taken by Harry Truman, leading to his reelection?"

left, right, left, right . . .

Um, no offense, but the content of an answer is awful dependent on the complaint... So I'm not sure that a sample answer would help you much.

Just be careful with the word "admitted."

A sample answer as in answer/complaint.

Oh, in that case, use Westlaw. It has excellent databases of forms. Use the iden database to find one.

Use the complaint as the template. Change the name to Answer. Use the same numbers as well- it makes it easier.

Thank you.  I know that it resembles the complaint, but I did not know if there were any major changes.
