I am drafting my complaint for Civ Pro and have stated personal jurisdiction under USC 1332 and venue under USC 1391.  What is the USC for subject-matter jurisdiction, or is that included under 1332?  Thanks.

28 USC 1332 is subject matter jurisdiction via diversity of citizenship, not personal jurisdiction

Even if Federal SMJ is met, the federal court must have personal jurisdiction based on a minimum contacts analysis. State and Federal personal jurisdiction are usually concurrent.
