Trying to decide between firms - looking to do corporate transactional work in either San Francisco or Silicon Valley (no real preference) - anyone have any idea about possible differences between Orrick San Francisco and Cooley Palo Alto? They seem pretty comparable across the board - any help would be greatly appreciated.
