QUOTE OF THE WEEK FOR ME
« on: October 05, 2006, 02:13:48 PM »
today in property I while we were discussing life estates, the issue came up where the will states O to A for life, then to B.

Someone asked, "does the law prevent B from murdering A to get ownership quicker?"
Prof responed, Yeah the criminal courts may have a problem with that.
