Everything was bought new with the exception of the Criminal Law E&E and the Constitutional Law commercial outlines. They are all in really good condition. Most have some highlighting in them.
The casebooks are fairly beat up. The bindings are solid and in good condition, but there's a lot of highlighting and notes in the margins. (but what else can you expect for $10?)
