Speeding Ticket
« on: August 07, 2006, 10:16:52 AM »
I just found this board and hopefully someone can help me out with a little problem.  I just recently got a speeding ticket in Wisconsin (I'm from Illinois).  Are there any particular pleadings I might be able to make that would lower/eliminate the fine?  Am I able to request supervision or something of that nature?  I'm sure you all know the rediculous prices of casebooks and it would be nice to reduce the 254 dollar fine for those books.  Any help would be appreciated.

Go to your library and check out a Nolo book on speeding tickets. It's written for the layman and has good information on ways to reduce/fight tickets, depending on the circumstances.
