I do not agree with your conclusion that the original post is SPAM.

As I read it, the post appears to convey a message of essential importance to those of us in the legal community.  The Web is the now and not the future.  Daily, prospective clients peruse various streams of online data to acquire representation.  Having a succinct set of a domain, a website, and an email is crucial to our professionís online move forward.

I for one applaud the poster and wish their business success.  Their success bodes well for our professions ability to move out the Stone Age of major firm domination and puts the power back into the hands of the sole practitioner.
