Our schedules are assigned.  We get to pick one class our second semester, but we won't be doing that for a few months.

The reason folks are excited is because we can then find out with whom we'll be spending our class time for the next school year.  Once classes are assigned, we can also go and buy our first semester's books.  We'll then know if we have to start class at 8:30 or 10 in the morning.

OK, this makes so much more sense now. I honestly was kinda dreading it because I thought I was going to have to figure out my schedule and then try and register for everything (like in UG). This takes the pain out of it.

As for what time in the morning. The UG part of me says 10 AM please, but the professional side of me says 8:30 IS sleeping in!

It is nice to have all of the information and links in one article, instead of having to try and find out where someone said it here on the boards at some point.  I've heard all the stuff before, though.  There are several things I've still not gotten around to doing.

no, don't worry about an SUV.  A U-Haul is the only thing that will suffice.

If you had of photoshopped a bunch of law school books into that picture, it would have been perfect.
