2L selling condo in Weehawken, NJ - close to NYC, Rutgers and Seton Hall

Hi All, I am a soon to be 2L Evening student at Rutgers. My wife and I need to sell our condo in Weehawken, NJ. Its minutes from NYC and only 20-25 mins by car from Rutgers Newark and Seton Hall. Its very close to Hoboken.
