What if it gets lost in the mail?

awwww, dammit!  I meant to make a copy so that I could fax it if they didn't receive it in a couple of days! grrrr.  I guess I'll go fish it out of the outbox....

What if it gets lost in the mail?

She'll know in a few days if she doesn't get an e-mail response.  Then she can request a new copy by fax, and try again.  If it gets lost twice, I think it means that the mailman doesn't want her to move away from his route.

So....this might be something everyone else knows already but are the passport photos just for our student ID? I'm debating whether to get a new one done or to just use an old passport photo taken during high school.

Thanks for the ID info, Tony.

I just dropped of my letter of intent to the nice young woman in Admissions.  She said 'congratulations!'.  (Margee, period outside the quotation mark, right?)

It's real.

Yikes.

 :D

Actually, inside.  Question marks and semicolons sometimes go outside, but periods and commas are always inside.  But now that I'm looking again, no period is necessary since there's an exclamation point inside.  Also, it's a double quote, "like this."  A single quote is only used inside a double.  She said, "he says 'happy.'"

And thanks for giving me an oppotunity to be a complete dork and show everyone how utterly ridiculous I am.  It made me very very happy :D

Also, YAY for the permanence of turning in your letter of intent!

EDIT: thank you to Robert for pointing out that I can't spell :P
