Doesn't sound like they screwed anyone. Screwed is when they close the offices and leave the summers with NO jobs. Sounds instead like they had a business decision to make, and they made it. And that they took care of their summers as best they could by accomodating them in other offices. Doesn't mean it doesn't suck, cause it does, but it's better than not being asked to come to another office. (This all assumes of course that they didn't know full well that these offices were closing before they hired- I do suppose that would be a possibility).
