Tips on tranferring in

I really want to go to Wisconsin.  I am at a third tier law school and I am in the top 15% of my class. I may finish in the top 10% once I get my grades.  I want to hear from those who have transferred.  Please help me.  Thank you.

There is a yahoo group called transferapps that you should join.  They have really good info about transferring, and it isn't the same conjecture that we get here. The yahoo site has people actually in the midst of the process.
