Ditto.

Now back to beating my head against my civ pro II outline and hypos and wishing I had never heard of summary judgments, judgment as a matter of law, res judicata, etc.

Arg.  I'll take summary judgment over easements, regulatory takings, and the rule against perpetuties ANY DAY.

(especially when property exam is CLOSED BOOK.  Oh, the humanity!)

There are "open book" exams??

Seriously, I have only one that is (Criminal Justice).  None last semester.

My property exam tested on about 3 chapters of the book.  We covered about 20.  But I'm not pissed off about it.  Uh uh....  >:(

On to civpro and the oh-so-fun FRCP.  Joy.

How is that possible? Did you have any idea it would happen?

Which 3 chapters?

Let me guess - adverse possession, easements, and covenants? (maybe landlord tenant?)

Nope.  No easements. No covenants.  (and me and many of my classmates wasted time figuring them out and memorizing them)

It was adverse possession, landlord tenant/joint tenants, and future interets.

We had heard that his exams were borderline "unfair" but I don't think anyone expected this.  Oh well.  It's over and done, and I have 3 more to go. :-\
