In most cases, people are probably smart enough to call their sheriff or local police to supervise such reclamation.

What kind of situation are you asking about?  Is it more akin to the bank repossessing your car, or is it something like "my dog slipped his leash and wandered into your yard" or "you stole my oranges and now I'm going to steal them back"?

hahah  more   like  you  stole my oranges  and  im going to steal them  back type of thing, but i have to go to your yard to get them

Don't know if you'd find something like that, although you might, if the trespasser was too stupid to know that you go to court for that sort of thing.  Maybe search for actions for trespass where replevin/trover/conversion is pleaded as a counterclaim (or vice versa)?

My friend says these are fairly common in small claims court, so you might want to check any records there.
