I prefer them both for different reasons. For me, Lexis is a little easier to use for primary case law and I prefer their headnotes system. The annotated statutes are organized better. I also prefer the case briefs in Lexis. I find that searching secondary authority is easier for me in Westlaw. Also, the Research Train is better than the History in Lexis.
