How are lexis and westlaw student reps compensated?

Seems like a pretty easy job and beneficial thing to put on a resume'

How are they compensated?

I'm a westlaw rep.  Depending on the area, we make anywhere between $10-14/hour - plus you get a discount on books.

If you can get decent grades and hold down a job as a Westlaw rep, I can't imagine that it's a bad thing to have on one's resume along with other extracurricular activities.

i would think it would be good because if you are a rep i hope you know either site inside and out, and knowing it can save money on mistaken searches, and quicker searches, which add up quickly
