Does anyone have any opinions about how useful the Chemerinsky hornbook on Con Law is?

by far worth the money, this was the best horn book I have ever had.  My prof used the book even and so often times I could guess what hypo was coming next bc he just used the ones from the book.

Ive heard good things about the book, im gonna pick it up just because reading my case book is impossible
