Lots of stuff probably.  Business or public administration, journalism?  There are a bunch of books geared toward lawyers switching careers, maybe some of them would be useful to look at.

Govenrment aide/staffer (either in the legislative or executive branch, state of federal level).

all of the options already mentioned, plus others such as college or law school professors, ADR, politics, etc.
