Every single class at my law school has an attendence policy where on the 5 absence, the student is withdrawn from the class. They say it is in line with ABA policy. What do you think of this?

Anonymous Dean = jd2b06, my dear! :)

I actually enjoyed reading each of your posts regarding the Socratic method.  I have long been an advocate of necessitating a different teaching method.  However, all schools are regulated by ABA requirements that confine (albeit ambiguously) how we teach.

Can you cite to the ABA rule(s) governing teaching method. I'm curious to read them for myself.
