transferring to Carolina?

Hi,
I've just begin my second semester at Arkansas.  I'm quite please with everything here as far as the school and faculty go, but I would love to go to UNC (didn't get in there...).  My 1st semester gpa was 3.66, but I'm not yet sure about rank...should be top 15% I think.  Does anyone know about UNC's transfer criteria, policy, standards, etc?  What about U of Texas?

I've heard that UNC famously looks at your pre-law performance; If you were close during your first application, I would say you have a chance.
