it absolutely sucks. that one class out of all five classes probably took up 75% of all my work time. And it doesnt matter at all if your a good writer.

get in good with the legal writing professor. go to office hours and shoot the breeze with him/her. that may allow you to get some pointers as to what the professor is looking for as far as the substance is concerned. i did that first semester and got a perfect score on the first memo... awaiting the second memo grade.

ive consistently had my ass kicked, head stomped, and am an arms reach away from either riding the curve or ending up with a dreaded D in this class. I hate the class.
