How does Wayne compare to MSU & Toledo?

Because I need to stay in the southern Michigan area & had originally planned on working full-time through law school, I applied to MSU, Wayne & Toledo...& have been accepted to all three.  I have a very good feel for MSU & their IP program--but then I've been told that Wayne has a strong alumni base if I plan on staying in the area (which I do)...and I've heard both good & bad when it comes to Toledo (& MSU).  How are the rest of you making the decision on where to go?
