In the following conveyance, O retains a possibility of reverter which he may devise to his daughter by will:

O: To A for life, so long as liquor is not served on the premises"

Well, I would say true in that he does have POR but false in that it is incomplete (reversion).

A has a Life-Estate, Determinable.

O has a reversion in FSA, in that A's possessory LE will become possessory for O at the natural termination of A's life.
O also has possibility of reverter in FSA, based on the divesting condition which would return to the grantor.
