Bluebook Errors?

Apparently there are several mistakes in the infamous bluebook?  Does anybody know any of them off hand?  Thanks!

not sure if you will use this, but in the new blue book, for a trial court in NY, they are reported in the Misc. 2d. Notice the space in between the period and the 2. However, in the new blue book, they put it as Misc.2d. This is wrong. There needs to be a space.

I know there is one in the Nebraska courts section. I believe there is a space missing between the Neb._Ct._App. or the like.

The most ironic mistake in the new edition is in the index:

"Mitsakes in quotations, indicated by "[sic]," 69

Yes, that's "mitsakes."
