Assuming that all that has been said here is true, I think you have two courses of action:
1) ignor the advances and do your best to prepare for the class.  The prof will probably back off since he is already treading on thin-ice.
2) Bring the situation up to the dean of the law school.  They may choose to move you to a different professor's class rather than risk the possibility of ugly alegations of impropriety

Does the school have a published policy on sexual harassment?  The comment about "it would most likely help your situation if you did [go out to lunch with him]" certainly sounds like a quid pro quo to this amateur.

Holy *&^%!!! That is probably one of the most ackward positions you could be in.  The good news, you get to say @#!* you if your school has an anonymous grading system.  Talk to one of your deans and tell him/her what happened but tell them you dont want them to do anything, however, if you receive a grade that is not reflecting your final test then you want them to know the reason for it.  Deans can have a lot of pull, but you need to ask for help to get it.  That is what i would do in that situation.  Really must make 1L that much harder.

I disagree with waiting until the grades come back.  It will hurt your other classes as well if he continues to pick on you and grill you, since you'll be generally more stressed and will feel like you need to spend an inordinate amount of time on his class.  I say go to the dean with this immediately, and if the dean is unwilling to help, go to the university administration as a whole.  1L is difficult enough without having to deal with a prof who wants to pick on you, let alone sexual harrassment.

I'm torn about whether to suggest going to lunch with him, because while it might either give you more evidence of sexual harrassment or prove his motive is something else, it is bound to be uncomfortable and the way rumor mills work in law school, I doubt it's worth it just to get a little more evidence.

The deans dont want you to start your year off like this either... trust me, they are more equipped to handle something like this then LSD posters are, its a win-win.

Seriously though just go to the dean right away. Don't wait.

BTW, are you hot? What do you look like? And do you dress provocatively in his class? If you do then you should stop now!

I didn't realize this stuff happens so frequently. This happened to my friend but her relationship w/the prof was mutual. I also just read a long post on something similiar to this on 4lawschool.com.
