I had a friend transfer from a lower T2 to UIUC. Apparently they took a pretty huge transfer class this fall. HTH.

Coxless, I think you are doing it all wrong. I think I remember you -- you had some stats that would allow you to go to a T2. Why didn't you? Following money was wrong in your case.

I attend U of I.  I'm a 2L this year, we had 3 students transfer.  One from Howard, one from Arizona State and I dont know where the other came from.  It can be done.  Just work hard and display an interest in the Chicago job market.  Good luck!  If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
