I'm a 2L at Wake Forest and I just got this email from our Dean of Students:

The law school has offered to take some law students from Tulane and Loyola as visitors (for a few months - or a semester - or a year) - and we are waiting for word from the administration of those two schools, before we put that plan into action.  I thought you'd like to know that, as an institution, the law school is offering the help we can. 

Sounds like as soon as your administration responds then we'd be happy to accept some students.

I'll post more later if we get any updates.

That's great that so many schools are offering to help out this way.  I'm personally glad that my schools offered, and I hope we can take a good number of students.

Capital University Law School

From the Dean

"In light of the horrific tragedy unfolding in New Orleans, most, if not all, of the law schools have agreed to take in 2d and 3d year law students as visiting students for at least the fall semester.  We at Capital will gladly do the same.  If you know of any Tulane or Loyola law students in central Ohio who wish to continue their legal education this fall please have them contact Associate Dean Shirley Mays as soon as possible.  As we are in the middle of our second week of school time is of the essence.  We will work out all of the details around issues of good standing etc. in due time.  Establishing some sense of normalcy for these students may be the best we can do in the short run."

Sadly, at my school the room is packed as full as it possibly could be with 1Ls (we only have 1 section of about 100)...  It sucks we couldn't do more.
